Acceptable use

Octopix services are provided to approved business customers for legitimate business activity. Customers are responsible for the activity of their users and systems.

Prohibited activity

• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, or fraud.
• Unauthorized access, scanning, exploitation, or disruption of systems and networks.
• Operating an open proxy, anonymization service, public VPN, or reselling access without written approval.
• Copyright infringement or unlawful distribution of content.
• Activity that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, or other law.
• Misrepresenting the identity, ownership, or location of network users.

Network integrity

Customers must keep account and access information secure, respond to operational enquiries, and provide accurate information about their organization, users, and operating locations.

Enforcement

We may investigate reports, restrict traffic, suspend access, or terminate service when necessary to protect users, the network, or third parties.
